Description:

You will be the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Maintenance Coordinator for the THAAD Missile Defense Team in Saudi Arabia. Our team is responsible for orchestrating all sustainment, repair, and logistics activities for the THAAD system across multiple battery sites, ensuring the system remains mission ready for the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces.

What You Will Be Doing
As the CLS Maintenance Coordinator you will act as the single point of contact between CLS Battery Leads, subcontractor crews, and the Maintenance & Test Supply Depot (MTSD). You’ll drive day to day sustainment for up to 33 in country personnel, translate customer and product requirements into practical solutions, and keep internal and external stakeholders fully informed of status, risks, and progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee CLS Battery Leads, subcontractor staff, and MTSD personnel throughout all in country maintenance tasks.
• Lead the daily task schedule for up to 33 sustainment technicians across every THAAD battery site.
• Initiate engineering “reach back” requests to subject matter experts for advanced troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain continuous communication with Lockheed Martin, Missile Defense Agency, and Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces stakeholders (both CONUS and OCONUS) to provide status updates and flag concerns.
• Report technician performance, equipment health, and logistics metrics to KSA Field Services Program Management.
• Conduct comprehensive sustainment analyses covering concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal phases.
• Perform interface studies, timeline and requirement allocation, verification, cost/risk assessments, and supportability reviews as needed.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Grand Prairie, TX.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant experience working in Field Service and / or Depot Operations (or similar position)
• Previous experience with the THAAD system (or similar system)
• An active U.S. Department of Defense SECRET (or Interim SECRET) Security Clearance.
• A valid U.S. Passport with no restrictions on travel
• Willingness to perform these duties in KSA for the total duration of this assignment
• Ability to meet KSA Iqama (residence permit/visa) requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
• Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer
• Candidate may also be required to take a post-offer, pre-employment physical to determine deployability capabilities as defined by the contract

**Candidate must be able to obtain a CompTIA Security + certification within 90 days of start date
Desired Skills:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field commensurate to assignment and / or equivalent military background
• Previous experience as a THAAD or Patriot Field Service Leader, Contractor Logistics Support Leader and / or Depot Maintenance Leader
- Demonstrated ability in interpreting technical manuals, engineering drawings, schematics, interface specifications, and system level requirements
- Demonstrated ability in applying troubleshooting and fault detection/isolation methods
• Comp TIA Security + Certified
• Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Certification
• Previous experience working with the KSA armed forces
• Previous experience executing maintenance management in a military environment (US Army, foreign military, or similar)
• Program/Project Management experience with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical and programmatic issues to subordinates, peers, management, and customers
• Basic knowledge of:
- Networks (e.g. LAN, WAN, IP address schemes)
- Unix and Linux
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Hydraulic operations
- Army Supply System
- Army Sustainment (i.e. Depot Maintenance) concepts/processes
- Army Field Maintenance concepts/processes
• Other desired military (MOS) training:
- 14A / 140A / 140E / 14E / 14H / 14T
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
