Description:
You will be the Program Manager Sr. Manager, F‑35 Sustainment Global Services for the F‑35 Sustainment Program Management Office which is responsible for driving service‑driven supply and maintenance improvements across the enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager Sr. Manager, F‑35 Sustainment Global Services you will be responsible for leading the execution of Global Services elements, shaping enterprise‑wide maintenance strategies, and stewarding a high‑impact portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments; assume full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio.
- Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the customer, Lockheed Martin business areas, F‑35 PMOs, LM Aero functions, and the supply base.
- Guide a team of Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Project Managers through strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and close‑out of contract scope.
- Provide hiring, coaching, and mentorship to ensure continuous skill refinement and professional growth within the team.
- Identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives that elevate enterprise performance and drive cost efficiencies.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance after hire.
Basic Qualifications:
• Sustainment experience
• Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs
• Experience leading large scale enterprise solutions, inclusive of multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams
• Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
• Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership
Desired Skills:
• Depth in F-35 experience, including major issue resolution and sustainment experience
• F-35 Program Management experience
• Sustainment Leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability in creating and driving performance excellence plans, across the enterprise
• Proposal leadership of capture efforts; Contract negotiation experience; Subcontractor proposals/ execution oversight
• Full spectrum leadership proficiency and demonstrated success energizing teams while openly collaborating and enabling their best performance
• Adept in leading and shaping organizational culture
• Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
