This position is a part of the Production, Planning and Control organization as a leader managing the Business Process Analyst team supporting all production programs on site.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Business Process Analyst Manager, you will be leading a team of professionals providing production systems support to operations. You will be responsible for coordination with business, production and technology teams to determine system requirements and enhancements providing logic and justification for implementation. You will collaborate with enterprise wide teams to insure best practices and 1LMX standards are being incorporated into site business processes and system updates. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and managing a team of approximately 3-5 direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination with business, production and technology teams to determine system requirements and enhancements providing logic and justification for implementation.
- Collaborate with functional leadership to manage decision‑making and business impacts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational metrics.
- Maintain master data in Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management, Quality and Labor Accounting systems.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and performance management for the team.
- Provide data analysis and troubleshoot system processing in conjunction with production activities.
- Lead Digital Transformation efforts targeted toward streamlining existing processes, optimizing cycle times, reducing errors and improving the user experience and customer satisfaction
- Working outside of normal operating hours as required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree from an accredited college in Technical, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related technical discipline at the Bachelor level or above and 8+ years professional experience.
• Experience with SAP or MRP equivalent and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Experience with major system conversions.
• Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. Lockheed Martin will assist candidate with obtaining at least an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting.
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Production Operations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Apriso Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management, and Windchill/MPMLink.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
• Analytical mindset and proven ability to develop business cases (example ROI, Payback Analysis).
• History of successful change management within an organization.
• Working knowledge and experience with analyzing business processes and associated data to include the demonstrated ability to find, interpret, and validate data sources.
• Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and customers effectively on multiple platforms.
• Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include TEAMS.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
