Description:
You will be the Facilities Operations Supervisor for the Facilities Operations team. Our team is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Orlando manufacturing facility.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a multi‑discipline team that maintains and operates an industrial manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and direct a multi‑discipline team that maintains real‑property, infrastructure, and production‑related equipment.
- Develop, oversee, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance programs for all equipment and machinery.
- Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations, troubleshooting and repairs across the plant.
- Motivate and engage team members, set clear expectations, and hold each accountable for performance.
- Participate in site emergency response, business resiliency, and weekly rotational on‑call supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience in one or more of the following Maintenance activities: operations, maintenance and repair of building equipment, CNC Electro-Mechanical machinery/equipment associated with manufacturing processes, production and non-production equipment.
Proven experience in coordination with others, including department managers and customers, to prioritize, plan and manage maintenance and repair activities while minimizing impact to customer.
Proficient use of MS Office, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (i.e. INFOR EAM).
Proven leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Must possess and demonstrate leadership competencies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience leading a team of represented technical trade personnel.
Desired Skills:
Significant knowledge of CNC electro mechanical machinery/equipment associated with manufacturing processes; precision machining, Composite Machining, Micro Electronic fabrication, machine calibrations/calibration equipment, Test equipment, and Optics fabrication/machining.
Significant knowledge of Plant Operations & building maintenance for production and non-production facilities.
Driven to perform and deliver superior results.
Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and accountability. Demonstrated ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
Demonstrated ability to develop new concepts, techniques, standards, and solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation that are consistent with organization objectives.
Experience managing vendor service agreements; demonstrated ability to follow established standards, policy and procedures, including mechanical, controls, construction, safety, and environmental compliance
Proven experience directing and managing represented Union employees in adherence with company policies and collective bargaining agreement/s.
Familiarity with Micro station/CADD design software a plus.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
