Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for Property Management control activities and related disciplines to ensure continual accountability and stewardship of company and government property for several major LM Space Programs in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, and/or government regulations.

Responsible for creating property (asset) records in the Property Business System of Record, tag asset(s) for identification at receipt or when identified for both Government Program and Company owned property.
Provide guidance, property technical direction, and interpretation concerning property policies, government and company regulations, directives, and site instructions related to the overseeing of both Government and Company owned property.

Generate and distribute program property screening reports for excess property and process (as directed) the disposal of property in accordance with governing processes and procedures.

Maintain records in the Property Business Systems database to include location, physical inventory, system status, identification, establishing property records, closing records in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements.

Work closely and provide Property Management support to the site Property Custodian(s) in overseeing the accountability and control of Government property, such as, but not limited to property record accuracy, tracking asset maintenance /calibration requirements, physical inventories, disposition activities, etc.

Conduct annual Government and Company property utilization reviews, track asset retention requirements and report results.

Support both internal and external audits (i.e., Government, Internal LM Mission Success, AS9100), as required.
Generate shipping documents for movement of assets between Lockheed Martin or alternate sites.

Generate, report, and maintain metrics for measurement and sustainment and provide to management as required, or when requested.

Process internal loss reports, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
-US Government Top Secret Security Clearance prior to start and must be United States Citizen.

-Familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.245-1 requirements and compliances as it relates to the management, control, accountability, and stewardship of Government Property.

-Effective communication and writing skills

-Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
Desired Skills:
-Contract Property Certification

-Familiar with Government Database Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

-Ability to work in a high energy and fast paced environment.

-Familiar with ERP/SAP applications.

-Working knowledge of procurement and the P2P system.

-Willingness integrate numerous functional areas.

-Familiarity with of transportation of hardware.

-Familiarity with handling and accountability of classified material, documents, hardware.

-Self starter with the ability to prioritize multiple work assignments.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
