Description:You will be a Senior Recruiter, responsible for leading the full lifecycle recruiting process for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area, specifically supporting Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Quality Mission Success. What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing and implementing hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will utilize best-in-class tools and technology to source and recruit top-tier talent, and work closely with HR teammates to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Production Operations, Global Supply Chain and/or services contracts, cleared positions, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Lead the efforts to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for client groups across MFC
• Strategize with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and act as a Talent Advisor to stay apprised of current business dynamics within your customer groups, providing insights on talent needs, workforce planning, and effective hiring strategies.
• Work with all levels of management to understand the job and needs requirements
• Develop networks by utilizing tools and technology to develop a strong pipeline of qualified, candidates using creative techniques, social media, databases, and other channels
• Source and recruit top-tier talent, to meet hiring goals of the long-range plan and to build candidate pipelines for upcoming and future growth demands
• Conduct prescreens to recruit prospective candidates and refers job applicants to specific job openings adhering to compliance requirements
• Partner effectively with HR teammates when working on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other hiring processes
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to work on an Agile team
• Project management which also includes developing and delivering trainings and presentations to the business
• Some local and domestic travel may be required to attend job fairs and other events

This is a remote position.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years Corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience using CRM and ATS systems (e.g., Avature, iCims, Taleo), serving as a Talent Advisor to address talent challenges and guide hiring strategies.
• Expertise in recruiting for technical and manufacturing roles, utilizing creative sourcing methods, events, and data-driven strategies while solving talent gaps.
• Experience leading training and project management, creating presentations, and advising on process improvements as a Talent Advisor.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting, with strong problem-solving skills to address talent shortages and optimize workflows.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, using tools to solve problems and provide strategic insights.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense industry.
• AIRS or HCI certifications.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
