What You Will Be Doing
Join Lockheed Martin as a Maintainability/LSA Manager supporting the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). In this critical leadership role, you will guide a high-performing team of systems engineers in delivering innovative, data-driven sustainment solutions that enhance the operational readiness and lifecycle effectiveness of legacy and future fleet sustainment programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IFG Field Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Supportability (RAMS), you will provide Full Spectrum Leadership to a diverse and technical team responsible for analyzing production and fielded aircraft maintenance data. You will oversee logistics support analysis efforts, lead the development of maintenance source data, and manage responses to engineering changes and field requests. In addition, you will direct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives and support long-term maintenance planning to drive fleet performance and mission success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Systems Engineers supporting maintainability and LSA activities for F-16 and F-22 programs.

- Oversee authoring of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Maintenance Source Data (MSD) for fielded aircraft.

- Manage responses to Technical Order Change Requests (TOCRs), Action Requests (ARs), Engineering Project Requests (EPRs), and Deficiency Reports (DRs).

- Direct Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis and development of Packaged Maintenance Plans.

- Support the implementation of the Structural Maintenance and Repair Team initiatives.

- Evaluate aircraft maintenance data to identify and implement system or process improvements to increase readiness.

- Coordinate across Engineering, Sustainment, and Field Support teams to ensure supportability is integrated across the lifecycle.

- Drive data analytics and diagnostic evaluations to enhance maintenance procedures and improve system performance.

- Plan and execute maintainability programs, including staffing, risk management, scheduling, and customer engagement.

- Ensure compliance with performance metrics and deliverables across all applicable IFG sustainment programs.

- Support workforce development, performance reviews, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with F-35, F-22 and/or F-16 weapon systems and related logistics support concepts.

• Experience with one or more of the following: Maintainability, LSA, DHM, Reliability Analysis, Field Performance, RAMP, Onsite Engineering, and/or EV funds management techniques as it applies to these focus areas.
Desired Skills:
• Proven ability to supervise, lead and manage a team of diverse and distributed personnel with tactical goals to improve future state, leveraging opportunities to integrate improvements.
• Previous experience interpreting field data and customer inputs to establish process improvements, with an underlying focus on affordability and value.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and coordinate across multiple organizations to build consensus and achieve specific organizational goals.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, team leadership, and energizing the team to achieve results.
• Proven ability to manage with Company earned value principles and achieve results in performance-based logistics contracts, leveraging flexibility to achieve contractual goals. • Basic knowledge of trend identification processes and FRACAS management preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
