You will be the Program Operations Analyst for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense line of business. Our team is responsible for delivering comprehensive program integration and support for multiple PAC-3 Poland Offsets projects, ensuring seamless execution and implementation of offsetee standup activities.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic program integration and leadership, leveraging your project management expertise to drive results in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. You will serve as a key point of contact, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Export License Management: coordinating multi-functional efforts to ensure export licenses are in place, leading export license change request processes, and providing status updates to senior management
• Risk and Opportunity Management: coordinating multi-functional and multi-project efforts to execute the Poland Offsets Risk Management Program, including updating risk management tools and tracking risks and opportunities to closure
• Asset Transfer Management: ensuring Poland Offsets deliverables arrive in Poland per IMS requirements, integrating export license, REACH, and European Certification compliance
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support: utilizing key EVM and schedule performance metrics to achieve financial commitments
• Participating in system design meetings, program management reviews, and program engineering reviews, with potential travel required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Risk Management knowledge
• Control Account Management (CAM 101) trained and understanding of earned value management system processes and procedures.
• Ability to work multiple projects and issues simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Ability to interface and work well with multiple functional areas (i.e. sourcing, receiving, shipping, engineering, quality, contracts, program office and external customers)
• Excellent organizational, research and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator, comfortable with interacting, presenting, and influencing at senior levels of company and with customer leadership.
Desired Skills:
• Active secret security clearance
• Experience with IAMD and its Development operations
• Familiar with missile systems
• Experience working and knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, Statement of Work, Deliverables, etc.
• Contracts and Finance knowledge/familiarity and/or degree
• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.
• Earned Value Management experience.
• Technical degree
• Military experience
• International project experience and skills.
• Experience working with offset / industrial participation projects or knowledge of offset approaches from previous programs or countries.
• Familiarization with International Trade Compliance, Export Control, and Licensing.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
