Workforce Value Stream Lead - Level 3

The Integrated Fighter Group Program Management Office is seeking a Value Stream Integration Lead. This will be a hybrid role providing exposure to both Workforce and SIOP Value Stream Integration (WVSI / SVSI).

What You Will Be Doing:

The primary responsibility of the integrator will be focused on WVSI facilitation to within the Vemo tool suite and supporting cross functional workforce demand reviews to ensure accurate workforce staffing plans. Facilitation of WVSI will require recurring analysis and reporting of unallocated ready to work metrics to leadership. Secondary responsibilities will include support to the SVSI Demand Leads, providing data analysis for metrics, demand plans and schedule alignment to meet material On Time Delivery.

The role is essential to 1LMX and Start Green Stay Green and will require collaborating with other Aero lines of business and Enterprise Performance contributing to the overall maturity and adoption of value streams. This will include alignment with enterprise value stream roadmaps and maturity models leading process improvements for IFG.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Planning, monitoring, and adjusting personnel requirements via VEMO
• Will become Subject Matter Expert for Vemo Resource Management, Vemo Planning and Vemo Analytics
• Coordinate cross functionally to ensure alignment on staffing demand
• Lead IFG staffing directive updates and flowdowns
• Coordinate Vemo Demand Planning cycles & support workforce demand reviews
• IFG Value Stream change management, adoption and process improvements
• SIOP cycle data tracking and metric analysis
• Implement creative data analytics to correlate supply risk to SGSG action
• Create / maintain dashboards and models for all Value Streams

Basic Qualifications:
• General knowledge of Workforce Value Stream Integration (WVSI)
• Program/Project Management experience
• Experience creating and implementing data analytics to drive decisions
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Vemo Resource Management, Vemo Planning and Vemo Analytics
• Familiarity with the Workforce Value Stream Integration dashboard
• Experience with dashboards and data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Confluence, iPM HUB, etc.)
• Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements flow (SAP) and HANA
• Self motivated to work independently with cross functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure.
• Experience with the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
• Experience leading & conducting change management
• 1LMX implementation experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
