You will be the Facility Operations Supervisor for our team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, implementing established policies and procedures, and providing excellent service to our internal and external customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Facility Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising multiple specialized groups of craftsmen, coordinating processes and projects, and ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget. You will lead by example to guide your team and drive results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direction and reviewing performance for quality and efficiency
• Coordinating processes and projects with other Facility Operations crafts, Facility Engineering, and ESH
• Scheduling resources, conducting employee recruitment, training, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions
• Assigning and supervising maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Interacting with customers to discover improvements, resolve issues, and improve the facility
• Representing the Facilities organization in interactions with internal and external customers, vendors, and partners

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a maintenance department or act as supervisor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to utilize SAP or similar computerized maintenance management systems proficiently
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- Ability to obtain secret clearance
Performs tasks related to the overall Building Automation management systems and operations of facilities, including energy management maintenance. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling in Building Automation management systems. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. Monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required. Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an expert in field within the organization. Experience with Web Control, Tridium and other associated controls systems.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in material procurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work with represented employees
- Proficient in Flexnet or similar timekeeping applications
- ESH training: Lockout/Tagout, Storm Water Pollution and Spill Prevention, Hazardous Waste, Aerial Work Platforms, Confined Space, Hearing Conservation and other similar training
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
