Description:What You Will Be Doing:

Lockheed Martin's aircraft leadership is earned through relentless research and development of high-performance combat, air mobility and reconnaissance and surveillance aircraft. We also provide world-class training, focused logistics support, and advanced targeting and navigation technologies to enable the right people with the right skills to be in the right place at the right time with the right information and the right munitions to accomplish their missions.
It takes more than steel, advanced electronics and engine thrust to make the F-35 Lightning II, the world's fifth generation fighter, take flight. It is the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) that gives F-35 Lightning II operators the ability to plan ahead, to maintain, to plan and sustain its systems over the life of the air vehicle. ALIS provides the IT backbone and capabilities to support current and future Warfighters across the U.S. and allied military services.
Our facilities in Orlando, FL and Fort Worth, TX have an immediate opportunity for a Project manager/planner who wants to join our mission. We seek a material funds Control Account Manager (CAM) to be a part of the F35 Maintenance Systems Product Implementation team. In this role your duties will include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA).
• These control accounts are in support of the Maintenance System ODIN Hardware (MOHW) contract pertaining to material (hardware procurement) and supplier management labor. You will effectively manage control account performance elevate concerns and issues where appropriate to leadership and program management, including other impacted control account managers
• You will oversee the planning and implementation of the Budget resource loading within the Contract period of performance and track the current progress of Reentry Production along with tracking the Forecast Accuracy from start through completion.
• You will work with your technical counterparts to generate the annual Basis of Estimates to capture the requirements for the future Contract, both Labor and Non Labor.
• You will work with partnering organizations (Supply Chain, Program Management, Planning, Finance, Operations, etc) to ensure all processes are appropriately followed and implemented to ensure product flow throughout the life-cycle.
• You will help identify risks and opportunities to the program Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans
• You will conduct closed loop corrective action to include thorough variance analysis, monitoring of cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment
• You will provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to leadership and Program Management
• You will complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete.
• Occasional, but infrequent, travel may be required to interface with the teams executing the scope, support USG audits, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Professional experience or coursework in accounting or finance
• Experience with program life-cycle and how early milestones may drive future costs
Desired Skills:
• Previous CAM (Control Account Manager) or Project Lead/Finance experience
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• Desire to enhance Project Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships
• Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure
• Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills
• Lead discussions and determine resolutions to problems
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with customer
• Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success
• Support internal and external customer audits
• Previous Proposal, BOE (basis of estimate), and/or Negotiations experience
• Ability to gain an active Secret security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
