Job Responsibilities
Description:This candidate will be a member of the F-35 Sustainment Program Management (PMO) Team. The candidate will be assigned as a Project Lead over the F-35 Sustainment Site Activation and Hardware (SAHW) On-Time Delivery (OTD), closeout and billing lead, and labor Control Account Manager (CAM). The scope will cross all open SAHW contracts and focus on identifying and improving the top OTD degraders. Tasks include, but not limited to: develop weekly and monthly reports, assess top drivers, conduct weekly sprint activities which capture discrete and measurable corrective action plans, develop return-to-green plans for top suppliers degrading program performance. These tasks will cross the entire execution lifecycle and therefore require the candidate to perform technical, operational and business coordination between the program and internal functions to ensure horizontal and vertical integration within and between teams. This could include assessing process improvement areas such as supplier purchase order placement, supplier performance, as well as delivery tasks such as stocking, receiving, warehousing, inspection, DD250s, etc. In addition to individual tasks and activities, the candidate will be supporting all F-35 sustainment program managers and potentially special assignments as needed. Candidate will be required to lead the team in briefing to internal and external senior management and executives on various aspects of the program to provide status for OTD status/progress, key wins, new discoveries and highlights help needed. This role is vital to the program and used as a development role into program management. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This role demands strong stakeholder communication, decisive problem solving, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. The selected individual will work collaboratively with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) and Integrated Customer Teams during proposal development to align requirements with program objectives, and will continue coordination through contract execution. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate cross-functionally and externally.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher education, or equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Experience in Earned Value Management and/or a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Working-level knowledge of DD-250 processing and Wide Area Workflow tool suite
• Program or Project Management background
• Experience managing multi-concurrent Projects and Actions across different functions
Desired Skills:
• Experience participating in EVM compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)
• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data
• Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management (Using ROADS)
• Experience in process development, continuous improvement, dynamic problem solving
• Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and leadership skills and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a cohesive team-oriented environment
• Advanced Excel and data analytics including Tableau and other similar tools
• Highly organized, self-starter with ability to manage to deadlines and consistently produces completed staff work

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
