Are you ready to make an impact on the future of global sustainment operations? We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst Sr to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and technical expert, driving the development and integration of critical sustainment systems and tools. Your work will directly support logistics and supply chain effectiveness for enterprise-wide and global operations.
As the primary point of contact for key systems such as Staging & Validation and/or SLICWave, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning technical solutions with operational goals. You’ll lead system adoption, champion process improvements, and collaborate with teams across engineering, supply chain, IT, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to ensure success. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, project leadership, and innovation to strengthen sustainment operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and integration of SLICWave and/or Staging & Validation systems in partnership with IT, Innovation Management, and Supply Operations & Logistics (SO&L).
- Serve as the business owner for SLICWave and/or Staging & Validation tools, ensuring provisioning data is accurate, compliant, and effective.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver system requirements that directly support global sustainment operations.
- Participate in customer meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and planning sessions to align tools and processes with program objectives.
- Review and validate system design documents to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and contractual obligations.
- Provide technical support and subject matter expertise across SO&L tools, databases, and processes.
- Support performance metrics tracking and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Engage with SO&L Agile Cells as a subject matter expert to contribute to cross-functional initiatives and innovation.
- Deliver clear and effective communication of project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Previous experience with IT Requirements (i.e. identifying defects, improvement opportunities, developing IT requirement, coordinating/interfacing with IT to achieve outcomes)
Experience with Project Management
Experience with Sustainment Supply and its Tools and Processes
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with LM IT Tools and Processes
Previous supply chain management, item management, provisioning or logistics experience
SAP HANA
SQL
Experience analyzing large data sets
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
