Item Analyst Associate Manager (Depot Partnering), F-22 - Level 4
Fort Worth, Texas
Fort Worth, Texas
Job Responsibilities
Description:What You Will Be Doing:
This position supports the management of F-22 spares being repaired at US Air Force Depots in a Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) environment. LM Aero is responsible for establishing the infrastructure to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for Air System depot level maintenance and repairs. Lockheed Martin shall also support the United States Government (USG) in achieving USC Title 10 compliance. To achieve this objective, the candidate will:
- Provide end to end Supply Chain Management—including provisioning, storage, and transportation of assets across the F 22 Global Supply Chain network (primarily at U.S. Government Depots) to support depot level component repair.
- Develop, define, and maintain programmatic performance metrics (e.g., Repair Turnaround Time, Work In Progress, Total Non Mission Capable Supply, inventory turnover, on time spares delivery) to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and track these metrics using established dashboards and data visualization tools; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Report on metric trends to senior leadership and stakeholders on a regular (weekly/monthly) cadence, highlighting variances, root cause analyses, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop, groom, and manage the initial lay in of bit and piece parts to support depot level component repairs.
- Generate replenishment requisitions and maintain target stocking levels for repair actions, using metric based forecasts to optimize inventory.
- Monitor sources of repair actions, identify constraints, and initiate deliberate actions to reduce Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) and meet/exceed RTAT targets.
- Track and report the status of repair actions throughout the repair process, feeding data back into performance dashboards.
- Maintain associated data repositories and provide higher level reporting of assigned repairs, including metric driven summaries for senior management.
The Associate Manager of the Depot Partnering Component Repair Operations (CRO) team will serve as the primary point of contact for repair efforts—ordering and status‑tracking initial spares, managing spares replenishment, and overseeing overall repair management to decrease Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) and improve the contractual Total Non‑Mission‑Capable Supply (TNMCS) rate.
The successful candidate must possess strong management capabilities, analytical foresight, and the ability to identify, develop, and act on metric‑driven insights for redistribution, re‑ordering, and spares coordination in direct support of depot‑level repairs based on program forecast needs.
Additional duties include supporting proposal development, project management, and coordination activities for assigned U.S. Government Depots and associated workloads.
Candidate will participate in the development of Statement of Works (SOW), Direct Sales Implementation Agreements (DSIA), and Technical Evaluations.
