We're seeking a visionary leader to join our Enterprise CIS organization as a Product Delivery Manager of the User Access Enforcement service. In this critical position, you'll help lead the strategic direction and delivery of our User Access Enforcement product, playing a pivotal role in transforming how we provide seamless access for employees, partners, customers, and vendors across on-premises and cloud services. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team to adopt modern DevSecOps practices that leverage infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, and other automation activities.

This role will include a people-management component of a small team, responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, rewards, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Your Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a strategic product vision for User Access Enforcement, leveraging technologies like Active Directory/Entra ID, federation, access brokers, and reverse/forward proxies to deliver robust Zero Trust capabilities. This vision should prioritize security, accessibility, scalability, resiliency and user experience.
-Collaborate closely with partner organizations across cyber, IT and other stakeholders to design and implement a user-centric, secure access experience across platforms, ensuring adherence to Zero Trust principles.
-Champion Agile methodologies and lead the adoption of these principles within your team and across infrastructure projects
-Drive a transformation to modern DevSecOps practices that emphasize continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
-Builds talent by aligning skills, team fit, and development across delivery teams
-Shape the product vision, backlog, and roadmap for the product team.
-Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, empowering your team to leverage their expertise and knowledge.
-Drive operational excellence, ensuring timely applications of patches and vulnerability remediation, on-call support for urgent issues, and minimize service interruptions.
-Communicate the product vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
-Manage the budget for User Access Enforcement service, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet strategic requirements and deliver value.

*** This role is scoped as a fully remote / full-time telecommuting role, though proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility is preferred. Some travel may be required. This position works a "4x10" Schedule with every Friday off!!! ***
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in leading product development and delivery within the IT domain, preferably with a focus on security and access management.
-Solid understanding of modern DevOps principles and practices, including experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automated testing.
-Understanding of modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, such as:
-Active Directory/Entra ID
-SAML
-OAuth
-Microsoft Modern Authentication
-LDAP
-OpenID Connect (OIDC)
-Directory Synchronization
-Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and technical solutions, balancing security, user experience, resiliency and business value.
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to foster team collaboration, build strong relationships across the organization.
-Experience working in an Agile (preferably SAFe) environment and applying Agile principles to product development is a plus
-US Citizenship; Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
Desired Skills:
-Understanding of secure access principles and best practices, particularly in the context of Zero Trust architecture
-Remote access and app broker services
-Proxy (reverse and forward)
-Experience working in Government (GOV) or Department of Defense (DoD) environments
-Understanding of NIST 800-171, CMMC and DFARS compliance
-Active Secret Clearance
-Formal people-management experience in the IT Domain

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $148,200 - $279,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
