THE WORK
This position is for the Integrated Kill Chains Campaign Lead within the C6ISR Strategic Products & Initiatives (SP&I) organization. The successful candidate needs deep understanding of C2 systems, Integration approaches of BMC2 products and sensors, understanding of the challenges with cross echelon CJADC2 Kill Web Interoperability, and knowledge of product line architecture concepts. The desire is for the candidate to have expertise in driving forward leaning technical solutions in multi-domain integrated kill web solutions. These solutions will leverage existing and emerging joint all-domain command and control, sensor, and kinetic/non-kinetic effect capabilities to create a decisive advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving innovative integration of C2, sensors, and effectors (non-kinetic and kinetic) at all echelons, across domestic and international services
•Developing Strategic Technology Roadmaps to support the Integrated Kill Chain Champaign Strategy
•Conducting Technology Roadmap workshop to ensure collaboration on the technology strategy vision to drive investment decisions and campaign focus
•Working with Advanced Concepts to support curating affordable, rapid, and impactful internal and Government-led demonstrations and prototypes
•Ensure C6ISR engineering and technology positioned to help support the strategy for next generation requirements – drive our future technology and product strategies.
•Participating in and reviewing proposals for Contract Research and Development (CRAD), Corporate research and development agreements (CRADAs), and other transaction authorities (OTAs), as well as Market Assist engagements in support of the campaign technology strategy
•Collaborate with other functions (Business Development, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Security, Legal, Sourcing) to ensure the technology strategy aligns with business needs and strategy.
•Collaborate with other RMS LOB’s, eTech and Corporate to ensure a 1LM approach to technical solutions
•Participate in industry days, conferences and customer value proposition workshops to ensure alignment with supporting business goals
•Researching and supporting Advanced Concepts in competitive intelligence, including participation in Black Hat competitive assessments and supporting position-to-win efforts
•Supporting the implementation of capture plans and strategies for individual captures, contributing to higher-level strategies
•Participating in and leading technical proposal development efforts to capture new business, including writing or contributing to proposal volumes and participating in reviews

Basic Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of Command & Control (C2), sensors, & effectors (non-kinetic/kinetic) at echelon, across domestic and international services
•Strong understanding of C2 offensive and defensive policies
• Knowledge of Joint and Service Warfighting Concepts to include Joint All-Domain Operations and Joint All-Domain Command and Control.
• Knowledge of DoD BMC2 architectures, and familiarity with Joint doctrines and tactics, training, and procedures.
• Conceptual grasp of military data links, IP networks, and military communications
• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful customer relationships
• Ability to understand and interpret requirements and develop campaign strategies
• Deal closer – highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies with cross-discipline teams and at multiple levels of business
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple internal or external deliverables simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead deliverables, workshops, demonstrations, exercises, and other shaping activities
• Team Player – effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives. Must work well with broader Corporate, Enterprise Technologies, and C6ISR (S&BD, PM, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Sourcing) teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of stakeholders
• Willing and able to domestic travel in support of collaboration and BD activities
• Avid learner – strong desire to understand the broader business within RMS and the Lockheed Martin Enterprise
• Experience with security and compliance, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• must have a interim top secret or higher to start in the tole and must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
