Your Mission:
The Software Developer, Senior Staff position in the Lockheed Martin 1LMX ERP Portfolio focuses on SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG). The developer will be part of the MDG implementation team, working closely with other team members to design and develop complex business solutions. These solutions will be tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization while adhering to 1LMX's data governance policies, standards, and guidelines. This approach ensures that data is treated as a valuable strategic asset.
As an SAP MDG Technical Developer, this role will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with the implementation team: The developer will work in tandem with other team members, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance specialists, to create effective SAP MDG solutions.
• Designing and developing complex business solutions: The Software Developer will be instrumental in designing and building SAP MDG-based applications and systems that cater to the specific requirements of Lockheed Martin's 1LMX ERP Portfolio. This process involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and creating solutions that align with those requirements.
• Adhering to data governance policies, standards, and guidelines: A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring that all developed solutions comply with 1LMX's data governance policies. This commitment guarantees that data is managed, organized, and utilized in a uniform, secure, and efficient manner across the organization.
• Enabling data as a strategic asset: By creating SAP MDG solutions that adhere to data governance policies, the Software Developer will contribute to making data a valuable and actionable resource for Lockheed Martin's 1LMX ERP Portfolio.
• Lead and support end-to-end MDG implementations, including custom data model design, UI modeling, process modeling, and governance configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience Developing and maintaining custom RICEFW objects, leveraging MDG-specific BADIs, BRF+, classes, methods, and replication techniques (DRF/DIF).
• Provide expert-level production support, troubleshooting complex issues across MDG, SAP ERP, and integrated systems.
This position reports to the IT Program Manager, who will provide guidance, support, and oversight throughout the software development process. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the MDG implementation team, contributing to the design and development of advanced business solutions that leverage the power of SAP MDG and support Lockheed Martin's data governance initiatives.
This role is scoped on a 4x10 schedule, and is also a Full-Time Telecommute (Remote) role, although preference is for candidates in close proximity to a major Lockheed Martin facility.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven track record of delivering multiple MDG implementations, including custom solutions
• Strong background in SAP ERP architecture and data governance
• Solid Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
• Experience with business process architecture and transformation initiatives
• Hands-on experience with data replication setup, workflow configuration, and data modeling
• Proficient in designing and implementing Custom Data Models, UI Modeling, and Governance Processes.
• Experienced in Mass Processing, DRF/DIF integration, and leveraging BRF+, BADIs, and Rule-Based Workflows for enhanced functionality
• Skilled ABAP developer with expertise in Object-Oriented programming, ABAP on HANA optimizations, and Floor Plan Manager (FPM) application development
• Experienced in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilizing SAP BODS and Information Stewards for data quality and governance
• US Citizenship is required for this role

• Advanced proficiency in HANA Stored Procedures and complex SQL logic
• Strong working knowledge of SAP BODS job creation, scheduling, and support
• Availability for immediate MDG production support and troubleshooting
• CDS Views, AMDP, Fiori, Web Dynpro ABAP
• Integration- REST API, SOAP, OData, IDOC, RFC, XML/JSON
• Database & SQL- HANA Stored Procedures, Performance Tunning
• Data Quality- Profiling, Cleansing, Duplication Detection, Metrics & Dashboards
• Tools & Platforms- Utopia EAM, Data Virtualization Platforms
• ERP Modules- MM, FI, CO, SD, HCM, PP (ECC & S/4HANA)
• Expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP ECC and S/4HANA across key business functions, including Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Production Planning (PP), to optimize end-to-end processes

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
