Software Associate Degree Program (SWAP) is a three-year development program designed to attract, develop and retain early-career technical professionals in software and cyber-related careers.
Students are accepted in the program before they graduate with their associate degree to accelerate the clearance process and be ready to join Lockheed Martin after graduation.
This unique program is shaped to build participants' technical and professional development skills through:
- On-the-job Training
- Technical Development Curriculum
- Mentoring
- Tuition Reimbursement
SWAP Checklist
- Currently enrolled in a related Engineering Associate Degree Program (i.e. Computer Science, Cyber, Network)
- Aspiration to obtain a Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Anticipated 2021 A.S. Degree completion
Skills to Develop
- Languages: C#, C/C++, JavaSE, Angular
- Platforms: Linux/UNIX, Windows
- Areas of Focus: Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning
