Member of the LM Washington Area Office Ship Integration and Test group in support of AEGIS shipbuilding program.

Consults with project stakeholders to develop plans and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Provides support to the LM Washington office an LM Camden Ship Integration and Test engineering and program office staff in providing products and support to the PEO IWS 1SI customers. Attend Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) with AEGIS combat system Navy organizations and contractors and provide minutes, action items and provide follow-up to actions assigned. Assist in the preparation of briefings and briefing materials, point papers, status charts and schedules and other program documentation. Provide assistance in organization and execution of the Program Manager Management Control Program. Prepare and deliver weekly activity reports as well as collect inputs and edit semi-annual contract award fee report inputs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

3-4 years of experience managing project schedules, cost accounts and manpower planning on complex programs
Intermediate skills in MS Office and project scheduling software tools.

Strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Desired Skills:
Skilled at organizing and planning meetings with Navy customer. Familiar with Skype and VTC capabilities.
