Description:The Sikorsky Commercial Systems & Services organization is looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a member of the AAG (Associate Aircraft Group) Finance team. AAG, located in Wappinger Falls, NY, is the premier executive helicopter company in the northeastern United States providing its clients a range of services, including private charter, fractional ownership, aircraft management and maintenance. The overall responsibility for this position is to facilitate the financial planning process of AAG and drive operational efficiencies throughout the organization. This is a key position within the F&BO team and will interact with a multitude of departments including operations, program managers, and other support teams; as well as CSS FP&A, and Accounting. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical, communication, and time management skills, be team oriented, and have a strong work ethic.

Statement of Work:

Provide oversight of the monthly forecasting process, variance analysis and reporting in support of internal management review meetings. This includes all Orders, P&L, Cash and Balance Sheet metrics.

∙ Lead the annual plan & long range planning development as well as strategic management reviews conducted within the planning process

∙ Manage submissions in support of financial presentations and publications for AAG / CSS leadership including supporting analysis, commentary and documentation. Financial presentations and publications include monthly CSS Sr. Leadership Presentations, Annual Plan, and various dashboards.

∙ Lead the risk & opportunities process and ensure financial statuses are communicated and actioned within the AAG leadership team in a timely manner.

∙ Establish positive working relationships with all functional areas and levels of program management to ensure they are getting the proper level of finance support required to make informed business decisions to drive compliant, profitable execution of all programs

∙ Drive / embrace the AAG finance process improvement initiatives, which includes automating key processes, creating / maintaining standard work, and being an active participant in all other AAG finance Enterprise Excellence initiatives

∙ Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Management as required

Assist in the implementation of TEMPO, a labor recording system, across the AAG
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance or Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8+ years of professional experience
Desired Skills:
Systems Expertise – All Microsoft Office applications, Hyperion Planning
Candidate should also be able to adapt to a changing environment and maintain a high standard of performance.
