Description:This position will provide technical Knowledge Management (KM) solutions to Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division R-Department. The position will be physically located at the Dam Neck Annex in Virginia Beach, VA. Specific duties will include:
- Functioning as a Microsoft (MS) SharePoint 2013 Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
- Developing and maintaining SharePoint websites for R-Department to deliver content management and worksite collaboration.
- Develop SharePoint workflows, lists, libraries, pages, sub-sites, and custom content to meet customer requirements.
- Ensures Personally Identifiable Information (PII) laws are adhered to and enforced for all data.
- Provides Network Administration support to R-Department managing Distribution Groups and Share Drive access to include a managed process to keep data organized and secure in Shared Folders and in SharePoint website content.
- Use of Microsoft Access queries to interact with and manipulate SharePoint lists and libraries.
- Creating, customizing and maintaining Infopath forms
- Basic SharePoint branding using out of the box Microsoft SharePoint functionality.
- Basic HTML coding, including use of javascript, jquery, CSS and XSLT.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) using SharePoint 2013

Prior experience creating and troubleshooting Microsoft SharePoint workflows using Microsoft SharePoint Designer

iNavy certification as an SCA.
Desired Skills:
Experience with guiding migration efforts from one version of SharePoint to a later version.
