Description:This position will be located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity (DNA) in Virginia Beach, VA and will support the following tasks:

Develop the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Security Assessment Plan (SAP) artifact.
Conduct Department of Defense (DoD) mandated cybersecurity scans and compliance checks on various networks/systems to include Defense Information system Agency (DISA) Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance checks.
Conduct Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) scans for automated STIG checks as required for validation of compliance for Navy Authorizing Official (NAO) and Functional Authorizing Official (FAO).
Collaborate with system and network administrators to remediated vulnerability and compliance scan findings.
Develop and update Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) based off of the ACAS, SCAP, and STIG artifacts.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience with the development and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation to support assessment and approval leading to Authority to Operate (ATO).
Experience implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Current cybersecurity certification with Security+ CE as the minimum acceptable.
Must have at a minimum an active Final Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Although not required, a Navy Validator certification would strengthen a candidate’s position.
Experience with eMASS and VRAM
