Description:The position is supporting the Program Management Office with supporting the United Kingdom Trident Fleet Ballistic Missile SWS Navigation Subsystem Technical Engineering Services contract.

Assists the Program Manager with general tasks including: Prepare and coordinates plans and schedules. Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements. Coordinate customer interface via Customer monthly status meetings. Coordinate all LM participation on US/UK Navigation Technical Exchanges meetings. Coordinate accomplishment & reporting on studies, including CDRL submission.
Basic Qualifications:
Detailed technical comprehension and experience with United Kingdom Trident Fleet Ballistic Missile SWS Navigation Subsystem.

Strong personnel skills with the ability to motivate and cultivate a diverse, close knit and very experienced team. Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills. Ability to travel, domestic / international.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to understand Navigation Subsystem development and design. Past experience working
with the Trident Navigation design team and customer.

Familiarity with the United States and United Kingdom Trident Navigation program customers.

EVM certification and familiarity, CAM Certified. (Willingness to learn).

Experience with all SSBN submarine operations (Refit sites, Training facilities, Shipyard repair periods, electronic equipment maintenance and repair).
