Sustainment Engineer Asc Mgr

Description:The RMS Global Sustainment (GS) Sustainment Engineer Asc Manager will be leading the VH-92, CMHP, and Commercial System and Services (CSS) Helicopter programs for Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) group. The position will be responsible for supporting all VH-92, CMHP, and Commercial System and Services (CSS) LSA requirements . In addition, the position will support new business capture, expansion of existing programs, proposals, and strategic initiatives to ensure long term growth. The candidate will also perform all HR responsibilities for the management of the VH-92, CMHP, and Commercial System and Services (CSS) Programs.
Basic Qualifications:
-Logistics Support Analyst Experience
- Program, Project, or Functional Management experience
- Proven Presentation and Communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with other functional leads and customer counterparts
- Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organizational skills in previous assignments
Desired Skills:
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Life Cycle Cost Analysis
- Maintenance Task Analyst
- Experience with Commercial Helicopter Operators
- Provisioning Experience
- Ground Support Equipment Experience
- EVMS/Cost Account Management experience
- Executing Proposal experience
- Experience developing and reporting on metrics to capture business process performance.
- Manpower Planning experience
- Personnel management.
- Knowledge of HR management processes, systems and tools.
- Knowledge of Rotary Craft Technical Publications and demonstrated ability to write Maintenance Instructions for Publications, particularly at the “I” and “D” level of maintenance.
- Ability to understand and timely report program/technical issues with solution to
manager; demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal management support.
