Description:The Customer Service Representative is a key customer-facing role with the responsibility to ensure that critical support is provided for our helicopter customers operating around the world. Activities revolve around the rapid fulfillment of customers’ requests for material for their aircraft using our SAP Enterprise Resource Planning tool as the primary processing environment.

This role will support the US/Canada + VIP Corporate commercial aftermarket business.

Daily responsibilities include:

•Providing rapid resolution (>95% shipped in 24 hours or less) of Workstop/AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests.
•Providing rapid resolution for all material requests, achieving >90% shipped for all material requests.
•Contributing to Sikorsky product operators achieving availability of their aircraft greater than 95%.
•Coordinating problem resolution with the CSS Aftermarket Account Service Managers (ASMs), CSR Deputy and CSR Lead.
•Coordinating with the rest of the Aftermarket Operations team as well as Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Programs, Export Compliance, Warehousing, Shipping and Quality organizations as part of fulfilling customers’ needs effectively while ensuring compliance in all transactions.
•Participate in supporting 24 x 7 operations through the Customer Care Center as defined by Customer Service and Logistics management
•Assisting ASMs and CSS in promoting sales and achieving financial objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
SAP experience preferred, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Be able to Multi- Task, Problem solver, Works well on a team, Self Starter.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
