The Global Commercial Military Systems Aftermarket business is seeking a Staff Program Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of International Military Spares (high volume, fixed priced, etc.) contracts that primarily support the Blackhawk platform valued around +$150M annual Sales. Analyst will support new and on-going ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all financial reporting requirements for the various spares contracts. The position will partner with the Program Management, Customer Service, Accounting and Billings team to ensure successful execution of contract requirements with focus on developing accurate financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, SAP system setup and/or maintenance. This includes developing and reporting Estimates at Complete (EAC) for Fixed Priced contracts, evaluation of risk and opportunities, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis and forecasting, SAP system review, maintenance and testing/support and various ad-hoc requests.
• Support monthly reporting, close, outlook forecasts, and Long Range Plan (LRP) for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Inventory
• Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process for designated contracts to ensure focus on effective cost management
• Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program team and work closely with the Sikorsky Finance organizations including GCMS, Core FP&A and Controllers
• Support and maintain SAP instances for high volume spares reporting and ensure accuracy
• Ability to read, understand and clearly articulate complex contractual terms and model the related financial impact for reporting through Senior Leadership
• Key liaison for supporting cross-functional special projects / analysis
• Act as Lead/Mentor for Internal Spares and Repairs Finance team
• Independently lead Management reviews and discussions
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Programs.
