You will be the Production System Integration and Test Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems.

What You Will Be Doing


As the Production System Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting fabrication, integration, and testing of systems/subsystems in production environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems.


Duties include:
• Prepare and support production planning meetings, Test Readiness Reviews, and final reporting on each production asset.
• Integrating National Instruments LabVIEW™ and TestStand™ software to support validation of the ATE prior to use in production test
• Supporting troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis if the tested production unit fails.
• Upon determination of the root cause, the Candidate would then recommend and implement corrective actions on the test station as required or in the case of a production unit failure, provide recommendations to manufacturing engineering.
• Demonstrating operation of ATE to both internal and external customers
• Ensure that configuration management is maintained with all documentation.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Tech, Computer Engineering, etc.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Technical Writing - Ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured test plans, test logs, and test reports.
• A good understanding of basic electrical, software, and mechanical engineering skills.
• Identify and report the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase the repeatability, efficiency, and throughput of test operations.
• Previous internship or experience with National Instruments LabVIEW™ and TestStand™ software
• Ability to select/fabricate hardware subcomponents and integrate them with test stations
• Experience in delivering effective presentations that include performance results, schedule status, and corrective action details.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
