You will be the Infrastructure Protection Security Manager for the MFC Security Team in Troy, AL. Our team is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Facilities Protection on a 24/7 basis, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Infrastructure Protection Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals, providing after-hours emergency support, and serving as the Crisis Management Lead and Incident Manager. You will also oversee visitor management, security dispatch center operations, and liaise with local, state, and federal law enforcement partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of security professionals and providing 24/7 emergency support
• Managing visitor management and security dispatch center operations
• Coordinating with law enforcement partners and supporting executive protection requirements
• Ensuring compliance with federal security regulations and industry standards
• Managing multiple functional areas in Security, including facilities/plant protection and industrial security

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - A company-sponsored secret with an investigation within 5 years is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a current Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Management experience within the security industry.
- Prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement Experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ATF employee possessor license.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong management and leadership skills with excellent communication, influencing, and engagement skills
- Must hold or be able to obtain a private security/concealed weapon license.
- Must be able to pass and maintain firearms/range qualifications to include obtaining approval to carry a weapon.
- Must be able to obtain HAZWOPER certification and have the ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Experience and knowledge of NISPOM and LM policies and procedures.
- Experience and knowledge of the National Incident Management Systems (NIMS).
- Experience with administering and managing automated access control systems/CCTV/ and Central Monitoring Station operations.
- Knowledge of Underwriter Lab 2050, NISP, AA&E, and Closed Area construction.
- Be highly organized and have advanced oral/written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in developing and presenting training materials to staff and others.
- Ability to develop or assist in the development of solutions to problems which require ingenuity, creativity and innovation.
- Familiar with or previous work experience in crisis management
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
