The Super Business Operations (SBOPs) which supports the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for a multitude of program finance functions; including the ability to act independently in establishing/leading performance measurement baselines, analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimate at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value Management (EVMS) analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including Cobra/Deltek.

The Analyst provides a well-rounded role which involving facets of finance, integrated processes/systems and Earned Value.

In this role you will:
• Partner across Finance and other functions to identify areas of opportunity to improve and supports integrated initiatives
• Handle EVMS tasks for F&BO in addition to day to day operational support as required. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to proficiently multi-task as well as have knowledge of Cobra, WInsight, and SAP
• Perform multiple financial cost analyses, Ad hoc problem investigations, cost allocation, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables, assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans, and preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership

Typical minimums to be successful will include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and 5-9 years of professional experience in a similar field.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

• Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Cobra, Discoverer, Oracle forms and/or Winsight.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with EVM processes / FAR guidelines.
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvement for assigned team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance at times.
• Previous DoD experience.
• Strong excel skills including macros
