In acknowledgement of the significant growth and expansion that the FBM Program is experiencing – a new FBM Program Integration Directorate has been created. This new directorate is responsible for integrating and aligning all efforts, priorities, resources, and engagements across all FBM subordinate programs. The FBM Program Integration Directorate consists of 4 main pillars: Strategic Partnerships; Strategic Planning; Operational Resilience and Integration; Capability Development and Integration. This job posting will be part of the Operational Resilience and Integration team. The Operational Resilience and Integration team’s vision is to coordinate synchronized operational lifecycles and drive sustained program resilience. We de-risk the program by establishing operational consistency, anticipating emerging challenges, and mitigating threats ensuring the FBM Program remains resilient and ahead of ready.

Key responsibilities and elements of this role will include:
• Accountability for performance of your assigned scope throughout the lifecycle of multiple deliverables across multiple contracts and FYs
• Supporting the overall FBM Program business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance
• Working symbiotically with the various groups within the Operational Resilience Integration Pillar (ORIP)
• Managing and monitoring the entirety of the FBM Integation Directorate’s ORIP budget
• Synthesize the programmatic data into program decision making processes
• Establishing internal business rhythms to review account status with
• Support annual proposal cycles and BOE generation
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated experience with project management (planning, coordinating, and executing schedules, events, tasks, budgets, or projects)
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or relative experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management metrics and analysis or relative experience
• Knowledge of planning and maintaining processes and evaluating critical paths analyses and/or risks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US Citizenship
Desired Skills:
• LM ceritfied CAM
• Experience with the proposal process and developing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
• Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with senior customer and management
• Organization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment and programmatic execution necessary to meet technical requirements while balancing schedules and budget obligations
• Experience integrating with various functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Ability to build key relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers & industry partners to achieve organizational and program goals
• Knowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase
• Demonstrated experience with the risk management process
• General understanding and application of data visualization
• Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologies
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
