This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM), a 63-year-old Program with a long-standing history of Mission Success and of a strong partnership with our Navy Customer. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that loves working with data and can thrive in an exciting fast-paced dynamic environment.

As the ERP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various administrative functions required to keep the FBM Program’s implementation of SAP up-to-date and running as designed. This includes ensuring data integrity, user’s compliance, and health metrics. You will be responsible for identifying and proposing solutions for FBM Program needs and issues, providing user support for all functional areas including the FBM Program Office for the unique FBM functionalities and offering system training.

In this dynamic role you will:
• Act as the interface between the Program and the Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (O&M) SAP team and be required to perform user acceptance testing, new requirement identification, and anomaly documentation
• Apply functional knowledge and FBM specialized requirements and processes to all solutions
• Pull data from various sources to provide information and reports to support program requirements. This information could be deemed sensitive and critical in nature and thus requires control over access. As a result, the SAP Administrator will be accountable to meet with partner teams and deliver data with supporting data extraction methodologies including for new and emerging requirements
• Work with partners at multiple sites including MRP/AP Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Logistics, Contracts, and Procurement.
• Be recognized as the authority (SME) throughout the Program for the unique FBM SAP implementation along with the associated processes and procedures

Typical minimums to be successful in this role will include a Bachelor's degree and 5-9 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• SAP experience
• MS Excel proficiency
• MS Access Database experience
• Ability to obtain a Secret therefore U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
• FBM business familiarization
• FBM Serialization knowledge
• FBM custody/accountability knowledge
