This full spectrum leadership position will be leading an Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) team consisting of Test/Software Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and MGSE/EGSE design engineers in support of integration and test for P876.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• You will will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of P876 hardware integration and testing which includes planning of detailed schedules, leading design for integration and producibility studies efforts that positively influence the system design for ATLO.
• Responsible for WBS budget management, the identification, design, and fabrication of electrical and mechanical support equipment, the development of integration and test procedures and test scripts, short and long term resource planning
• Maintains a direct Government Customer relationship and regular communication of ATLO status
• Support Program Management Reviews (PMR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Critical Integration Reviews (CIR), and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).
• Selection and hiring of staff, performance evaluations, promotions, job actions, career planning, training, leadership assessment, mentoring, merit distribution, personnel and hardware safety mitigation.
• Act as deputy manager for the Special Program Remote Sensing ATLO organization.

Periodic travel may be required to vendor and Customer sites.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Behavior
• Must have previously led and directed an ATLO team of highly professional and skilled individuals in a team-focused environment handling critical and delicate hardware
• Ability to understand program requirements and priorities in real-time and direct the appropriate resources to the required tasks to ensure critical path schedule is maintained
• Demonstrated experience generating proposals and Basis of Estimates (BOE) requiring ATLO support
• Current Cost Account Management (CAM) certification and experience including rolling wave planning and development of CROMs and ECPs
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and high work ethic behaviors
• Planning/problem-solving expertise
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of plans and processes as it relates to Satellite ATLO operations
• Effective communications (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing and presenting program management level briefing (e.g. PMR, CCB, PRB, PDR, and CDR)
• Must currently hold an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience leading an ATLO team during the early phase a Program life cycle (pre PDR/CDR) including program requirement interpretation, design for integration, developing integration & test schedules, producibility assessment, and MGSE/EGSE design and fabrication schedules
• Working knowledge of ATLO integration and test flows
• Familiarity with heritage, current, and future Remote Sensing programs and Customer mission priorities
• Understanding of standard ATLO tools such as SAP, VE-CAMS, Automation Framework (AF), STARS, and Python
• Certified LM21 Greenbelt or Blackbelt
• Graduate of Corporate/Company leadership or technical development program(s)
