- Working with experienced engineers, you will perform Materials and Processes (M&P) assignments related to materials and processes selection, assessment of technical requirements, hardware assembly processes and testing, and assessment of materials and processes technical issues. May work with other disciplines such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement in resolving material or process issues, as well as technical evaluation of manufacturing issues and concerns.

Basic Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a Materials, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related degree program from an accredited college/university.

This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Experience or classroom knowledge of a lab and test environment. Programming languages Java, MATLAB, lab view, or Visual Basic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with a variety of materials and process engineering disciplines including metals, composites, adhesives, bonding, cleaning, failure analysis, and manufacturing operations
