The Work
As a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Sikorsky Naval Hawk Programs Supply Chain, you will lead all technical, cost, and schedule responsibilities associated with assigned control accounts. You will oversee risk management, capacity planning, proposal support efforts, schedule negotiations, metrics development, earned value performance, and program status reporting to ensure successful execution of program objectives.
The selected candidate will perform all assigned Earned Value Management System (EVMS) responsibilities, including work authorization requests, estimate at complete (EAC) reviews, schedule status updates, variance analysis and reporting, and development of comprehensive EACs. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, finance, planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive execution performance, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain program commitments.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- SAP manufacturing system and managing complex systems and components.
- Component qualification process
- Negotiating long-term pricing as well as terms and conditions
- US Government FAR/DFARS and DPAS requirements
Desired Skills:
Experience managing supplier performance and subcontract relationships within the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry
Certified CAM with prior program experience
Experience in supporting large proposal efforts
Knowledge of EVMS processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program execution
Experience with purchase order placement, supplier negotiations, and contract administration
Ability to interpret technical requirements, schedules, and contractual deliverables
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
