Description:Candidate will be responsible for supporting the VH-92A program to the US Government. This activity will include the issuance of RFP's, proposal review for adequacy, negotiation of terms and price and placement of Standard Purchase Orders and Long Term Agreements.
Basic Qualifications:
: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills

Master problem solving skills

Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work with all levels of management

Prior experience and knowledge working in SAP purchasing system/modules

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Desired Skills:
Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneously.
Ability to participate with upfront integration with Engineering. Quality Assurance and Program Mgmt. to facilitate the resolution of supplier issues to insure the timely delivery of purchased product materials for a development program. Past Experience contracting with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and other government regulations a plus.
