Program Finance Analyst

Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial management aspects of the Multi-Year Blackhawk Program, a 5-year, $4 billion program to produce up to 360 Black Hawk helicopters for use by the USG and various FMS customers. The candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the program to include the preparation of the annual Long Range Plan (LRP), quarterly Contract Status Review (CSR), monthly closing, monthly Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash (OSEC) forecasting, balance sheet reviews, funding analysis, risk and opportunity analysis, variance analysis and explanations including recommendations for corrective actions as required.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Partner with various functional leadership including Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain teams to ensure daily operations and strategies align with corporate policies and achieve the cost and schedule business goals.
• Prepare and provide status of program’s financial and schedule performance
• Define financial reporting structures for both revenue and earned value “light” reporting in a manner that allows for effective cost control.
• Lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP) and monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, as well as quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR).
• Execute of the monthly estimate at complete process including evaluation of risks and opportunities, performing rate impact analysis and understanding impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as requirements change
• Strong team player
Desired Skills:
• Advanced application of Excel capabilities (knowledgeable in creation and operation of Pivot and Lookup tables), PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Heritage Sikorsky SAP, RMS SAP, and Hyperion
• Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
