Description:This position main responsibilities will be in support of the FLRAA program and will include tasks in support of other Future Vertical lift (FVL) programs as required. The candidate will represent Program operations at meetings and reviews including Senior leadership reviews as required to execute the operations SOW. Duties defines are as follows but are not limited to:
*Act as the liaison between the Program and Operations Centers and support functions
*Ensure program CDRL requirements are complete in accordance with program schedules
*Develop manufacturing plan
*Coordinate schedules including proper loading of MRP system as required
*Manage/work with supply chain to track placement of PR/PO for current programs
*Review, analyze, track material requirement commits supporting shortages
* Attend and represent Operations in program reviews, Build meetings, daily build status reviews
*Ensure proper metrics are in place and statused regularly to ensure manufacturing center schedules and SOW are executed in accordance with manufacturing plan and program requirements
* Review material report database and create status on PR, PO reports utilizing multiple databases.
* Communicate and work actions from Program Operations weekly reviews with various departments for current programs
* Support program Operations Status and earned vales efforts
* Prepare data for Monthly review briefs supporting Programs
* Organize and host Program Operation Program Reviews
* Support Production Meetings as required
* Support to prepare data and brief Senior Management for the Aircraft Review
*Ensure program requirements are understood by operation and requirements for execution are in position
Basic Qualifications:
* Communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Earned value training
*Operations background for aircraft build and parts manufacturing
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Database
• Sikorsky MRP - SAP & Work Order system
• Winsight and primavera
• Solumina and engineering drawings and BOM systems and structure
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
