Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for all Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) management aspects of the GMSS’s International Programs. Overall responsibilities include Earned Value management and reporting, program planning, financial planning and analysis, consolidation and financial reporting, management of an international business office, internal controls & compliance, and leadership of a team of financial analysts and program planners. Some International travel may be required.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Lead a team of financial analysts and program planners that partner with Black Hawk and aftermarket Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Program Management teams across all Military Int’l territories to align program performance and execution to the business strategy.

Drive financial results for the S-70i and aftermarket programs by managing the monthly close and forecast, annual plan and long-range financial planning process, as well as reviewing and driving process improvements within the Estimate at Completions for contracted programs.

Provide programs support for pricing and campaign analysis

Ensure delivery of on-time and accurate reporting of program revenues, costs, profit and cash to stakeholders. Manage the risks and opportunities process to provide forecast estimates for effective decision making, and quarterly EAC reviews.

Drive profitability and efficiency through strong financial leadership, guidance and counsel working closely with the Program Management team, Core Finance, and other functional organizations.

Support internal and external audit requirements and RMS/Sikorsky integration activities as needed.

Provide highly effective customer service to Program Management and Integrated Product Teams, as well as the external customer as needed. Anticipate and respond to financial information requests in a timely and effective manner.

Support and enable all activities related to the advancement of Continuous Improvement / Business Excellence.

Desired Skills: - Ability to multi task in a fast paced challenging environment
- Experience in managing programs utilizing Earned Value Management processes
- Proven abilities to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor a cross functional team
- Demonstrated analytic skills to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement process initiatives
- Experience in developing executive level briefings
- Experience in SAP, wInsight, Primavera, COBRA, and Hyperion is preferred
Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or MBA or related degree with
Minimum 12+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, or related experience in positions of increasing responsibility including supervisory experience
