The Flight Controls and Autonomy team is currently seeking highly motivated technology pioneers with a desire to steer and lead the Autonomy industry. Successful candidates must be willing and able to work on highly complex challenging problems, leading to world-changing technological breakthroughs.

Team’s technical areas of emphasis include Fly-By-Wire Flight Control Systems, Guidance/Navigation & Control (GNC), Flight Test, Autonomy, Aviation Robotics, Perception, AI and Motion Planning.

Work closely with human factors team and test pilots to develop software for cutting-edge user experience devices (virtual reality, augmented reality, gesture recognition, etc.) that handle complex workflows involving 3D graphical representations and visualization of complex 3D environment data (obstacles, terrain, etc.).

Translating requirements into design elements and coherent user interfaces.

Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in computer science, game design or equivalent science field.

MS Preferred
5+ Years of Experience

•Experience in developing UI software for information-heavy 3D applications.
•Experience programming interactive 3D user interfaces and visualizations
•Knowledge of advanced data structures (AABB, octrees, etc.).
•Knowledge of C/C++ and 3D graphics rendering techniques.
Desired Skills:
•Aviation experience or ground station software.
•Linux, OpenGL, OpenSceneGraph.
