The Erebus Program is a newly awarded 7-year effort that delivers cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). As the premier geospatial intelligence program globally, Erebus supports over 14,000 intelligence analysts and decision-makers at 50 distinct locations worldwide.

The selected candidate will be a member of the User Engagement Team located at the NGA headquarters facility in Springfield, VA, and tasked with communicating with our user community through in-person discussion, chats, and phone calls to best understand their current mission needs in order to develop training material based on the updates to the numerous research, tasking, and reporting applications the Erebus program develops and maintains. The engineer with reach out to various organizations then coordinate and perform virtual, in-person, and over the shoulder training sessions for the user community.

The candidate will work with the other members of the team in Virginia, as well as coordinate with the team located at another NGA facility in St. Louis, and the development site in Littleton, Co

The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience conducting virtual and in-person training/briefings

- Experience working within the intelligence community, NGA preferred

- Experience in Agile SAFe processes

US Citizenship required. Active TS/SCI required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI POLY.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of GEOINT analytic workflows

- Experience using Jira and Confluence

- Working knowledge of the Orchestration Services application tool suite

- Experience working with software developers to decompose issues to determine if fixes are needed

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
