Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will
o Provide strategic and sustainable human capital solutions aligned to the corporate strategy, including:
o Salary Management Planning
o Total Rewards & Performance Management
o Talent Management Planning and Analysis
o Employee Relations & Coaching
o Workforce Planning & Management
o HR Metrics Compilation and Reporting
o Learning & Development Planning and Analysis
Additional responsibilities include:
• Manage the Medical Contracts Procurement (200K+ annually) and Administration, partner with internal organizations and third-party vendor/agencies to manage medical services. Facilitate employee and manager briefings regarding medical services
• Responsible for Medical Program Administration/DOT Administration/Drug Testing, medical certification tracking, coordination and record maintenance; Work with recruiters to manage pre-employment physical appts & results communications
• Fully execute and facilitate the new hire orientation to ensure new hires, rehires, and transfers are engaged and informed about Lockheed Martin's mission, values, and culture

As a trusted human capital advisor, the HRBP must build strong relationships and partner with Resident Director, and Senior Leaders, anticipating client needs to proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside the HR organization. Serve as a change agent, leader coach and employee advocate. The HRBP must consistently engage with key stakeholders in business and HR organizations locally and remain connected with FBM and greater HR and Labor Relations teams at other LM locations.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of project management, data analysis and strong communication skills for consulting and coaching.
Some travel and willingness to work extended hours on occasion is required.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access; must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must obtain an Interim DOD Secret security clearance prior to start and ability to obtain Final Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Data Analytics - Demonstrated ability to interpret and integrate multiple data sources into a clear and concise format
• Learning agility – demonstrated willingness to learn from experience and apply that experience to the job
• U.S. Citizenship, No Dual Citizenship
• Must obtain an Interim DOD Secret security clearance prior to start and ability to obtain Final Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to think critically to analyze trends in data and report information to key stakeholders
- Experience with Human Resources information systems and workforce planning tools
- Understanding of HR policies and practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including the ability to create and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
