Description:The Air Vehicle Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD) Analyst for the CH-53K program has the responsibility to support the Control Account Managers with-in their specific Control Accounts for the CH-53K Program. The GPD Analyst is responsible for determining make or buy material classifications and how the material trees up in order to accurately align with the correct Work Breakdown structure (WBS).
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Determine if material fit into unique WBS situations i.e. Retrofit WBS or Upgrade WBS.
• Provide monthly earned value status of aircraft material and labor cost processed via GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution).
• Prepare GPD earned value reports monthly to facilitate status process.
• Analyze GPD data to understand the receipt and movement of part costs on the program.
• Navigate GPD and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data and investigate material movements with significant financial impacts.
• Provide timely communication to Program Finance and Program Management on significant GPD related events.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience.
Desired Skills:
The ability to work and integrate with technical team members and suppliers/team members. Candidate must also be highly motivated and flexible. Candidate will be part of the Air Vehicle IPT team and will assist APM, DAPM and CAMs with weekly status/staff meetings. Strong analysis and presentation skills also desired. Experienced with Primavera, SAP, Winsight, and Program Management Console. Ability to work and integrate with technical team members to understand all aspects of the product being developed/produced.
