Sikorsky’s Army & Air Force market segment plays a critical role in supporting Black Hawk helicopter operations across production, sustainment, and aftermarket execution. As we continue to expand our capabilities and support readiness for U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force missions, we remain focused on operational excellence, increased efficiency, and delivering industry-leading performance to meet our customers’ evolving needs.
THE WORK
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing Army and Air Force Black Hawk overhaul, repair, and sustainment contracts from induction to completion
• Supporting program leadership with performance metrics, tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Coordinating with business units across engineering, supply chain, operations, and program management to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Interfacing with depot-level repair cells to ensure schedule adherence and support production flow
• Supporting ad-hoc requests and tasking as needed to meet platform and program priorities

The Program Operations Representative will support the Army & Air Force aftermarket business, ensuring successful execution across all Black Hawk overhaul and repair contracts. You are a detail-oriented, proactive partner who excels in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Prior knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with basic aircraft components
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Previous experience working within an operations/manufacturing environment
Desired Skills:
• Self-starter, motivated to learn and take on challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prepare and present various types of reports for internal and external management
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and shifting priorities
• Ability to establish positive relationships with various business units and customers
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar field
• General understanding of aircraft components
• Experience with SAP

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
