Job Responsibilities
Description:We are seeking a Sourcing and Recruitment Manager to lead a team of early career full life cycle recruiters. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, driving change, and implementing HR strategies. This role will require 20% travel and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, College Hiring Champions, Hiring Managers and Early Career Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
--Lead early career candidate sourcing and recruiting activities ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent acquisition strategies.
--Manage and lead a team of Early Career full lifecycle recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
--Implement change management initiatives, leveraging experience and expertise to navigate organizational transformations.
--Provide personnel management, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning for the team.
--Implement One LM sourcing and recruitment initiatives and processes
--Facilitate Talent Acqusition OpEx initiatives
--Ensure compliant recruiting practices are being followed by the team, adhering to Lockheed Martin's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
--Establish rapport and partnership within the Aeronautics Business Area, leading and utilizing a college hiring champion model to facilitate information exchange and feedback between the enterprise and the clients
--Ensure alignment of early career strategies to meet business area needs
--Collaborate with HR Business Partners, College Hiring Champions, and Executives to convey the Talent Acquisition Strategy, providing advice and guidance on early career recruitment, sourcing & hiring
--Analyze recruitment metrics and data to ensure service level agreements are enforced and met
Basic Qualifications:
-- Demonstrated experience leading a successful large scale business transformation
--Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, specifically applicant tracking systems
--Demonstrated success in managing
implementation of OneLM initiatives in the HR space
-- Knowledge and/or utilization of Operational Excellence (OpEx) principals
-- Proficient in collecting, tracking, and analyzing metrics
--Requires 20% travel including off-Fridays and weekends.
Desired Skills:
-- Previous leadership experience preferred
-- Possess an understanding of the early career
sourcing and recruitment landscape, including current trends & best practices
-- Proven experience working within a talent acquisition organization that supports a specific
business area or function, such as engineering, operations, or finance.
-- Working knowledge of an ATS
--Knowledge of CPS 521 and experience driving compliance
--Change Management or Project management certification preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
