Global Mobility Specialist/Americas Regional Representative

Description:Enterprise Operations (EO) is looking for a Global Mobility (GM) Coordinator/Expatriate Administrator and Americas Regional Representative. This individual will report to the Manager of EO GM Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources aspects of international assignments, policies and procedures for EO.
∙Serve as a point of contact/liaison and process expert for Human Resources Business Partners and other key stakeholders across EO. Additionally, serve as a point of contact/liaison in the Americas region for all business areas.
∙Working closely with program management, this position will design and implement individual compensation, benefits and support services for new international assignment locations.
∙Will meet with candidates to explain the human resources components of associated with the international assignment, including both expatriation and repatriation. Assist expatriates with international assignments through coordinating, developing, and/or managing some or all the following: tax equalization, visa coordination, vendor interface, benefits coordination, relocation, housing, and compensation packages.
∙Will be responsible for interpretation and application of corporate policies, procedures and requirements for EO management and expatriates, requiring extensive investigation and thoughtful and comprehensive communications with the individual employee and/or leadership team.
∙Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, talent acquisition, HRBPs, to support successful execution of deployments.
∙Provide education for stakeholders to ensure awareness on process, rhythm, and consistency across organization to meet business goals.
-Work with senior analyst/manager to provide reporting to management on business costs
-Assist manager with streamlining of documenting consistent processing and file management of expatriate files
∙Additional duties as assigned by the leader in support of EO Talent Acquisition, including international temporary and extended duty assignments.
Basic Qualifications:
∙Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, international business, finance, economics, cross-cultural studies, or other liberal arts majors; or equivalent years of working experience.
∙ Able to work within large, complex engagements and work efficiently and with a sense of urgency and possess strong analytical, consultative, quantitative and project management skills.
∙ Strong executive presence, and excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills with an aptitude for working as part of a global team.
∙Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to HR.
Desired Skills:
∙ Proficiency in HR applications and systems, MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∙ Ability to apply structured process improvement techniques to improve customer experience and overall efficiency.
∙ Strong business acumen
∙Experience leading project teams including developing and managing schedules, communication and action plans.
