Description:This is a Sikorsky Field Service Representative (FSR) position based at MCAF Quantico, VA supporting VH-60N, VH-3D and VH-92A Aircraft.

The FSR will be responsible for providing Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level (mechanical, air frame, avionic and electrical systems) support for the Executive Transport Helicopter Program. The FSR will provide on-the-job training in the areas of maintenance and operation techniques relevant to the repair of the above-mentioned aircraft and equipment, including associated test equipment, with special attention given to adjustment, calibration, trouble-shooting, bench check, and routine maintenance and inspection methods.

Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment. This also includes areas of system software upgrades and proficient knowledge of NDDS, IVHUMS and SGBA. Aid in identifying areas where additional training may be required to keep avionic systems efficiently operating while on travel.

Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated of equipment, procedures and demonstrate “best method” for air transportability. Must have expert knowledge of air transportability process related to aircraft and related gear, with skillful knowledge of air transportability software ICODES. Emphasize safety precautions.

Demonstrate “best method” for the installation of modifications and retrofit kits. Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems. Provide an analysis of maintenance program and recommendations that may be beneficial.

Serve as a liaison to Sikorsky Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Sikorsky Engineering, and NAVAIR Fleet Support Team (FST) for the exchange of information relative to the aircraft including notification of urgent maintenance difficulties and/or material requirements to ensure rapid response to operator readiness requirements.

Submit written reports to Sikorsky management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, in summary format, on the technical activity experienced at customer locations.
Must have a Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility and a Yankee White access

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility and a Yankee White access.

Candidate must be willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer AOG requirements.

Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.

Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U.S. passport.

Candidate must be willing to travel 25% of the year with the customer including weekends, holidays and on short notice.
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience

Candidate must be a self-starter and customer oriented.

Intermediate and Depot level experience

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification

Federal Communication Commission (FCC) certification

Master Training Specialist certification

US Military Quality/Production Control experience

Qualified in wiring, connector and soldering repair.

Proficient in the use of electrical/avionics test equipment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
