The 1LMX ERP Contracts and Billings IT Team is specifically transforming Lockheed Martin businesses using the latest SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions to drive to a common set of streamlined processes and deliver results for our customers. Within this initiative, we are hiring an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Product Owner to lead hypercare and O&M for our Contracts & Billing team, including the 4 subteams: Contract Lifecycle Management, Sales Order Processing & Available to Promise, Billing, and Accounts Receivable & Collections.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will serve as the Product Owner of an agile team covering the Operations and Maintenance of our products. You will be responsible for the following:

• Guiding the maintenance of our solution for the Contracts & Billing team, including SAP, Cognitus' Industry Solution for Aerospace and Defense, and Icertis Contract Intelligence product
• Designing our O&M structure, processes, and plans to support the business areas
• Ensure all established O&M processes are followed by the O&M team
• Working with IT product owners, business analysts and developers, as well as professional services (SAP, Cognitus, Icertis, Deloitte) to accomplish the product team’s objectives
• Serve as primary contact for the Contracts & Billing Team during Hypercare period for all Program Releases
• Integrate with IT product owners on resource allocations between Build and O&M
• Coordinate with IT product owners on critical resource needs to address production issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with IT product owners to establish and manage cross-training between Build and O&M resources
• Manage ServiceNow Assignment Group(s), including controlling the group’s membership, monitoring tickets to ensure timely review and assignment of incoming tickets, and reviewing / tracking metrics
• Coordinate development and deployment of Knowledge-Based Articles
• Manage PagerDuty on-call services for Assignment Group(s), including maintaining the on-call and escalation schedules
• Coordinate and oversee timely assignment and resolution of issues with scheduled batch jobs
• Coordinate support with War Rooms for hypercare
• Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This role is fully remote, but will require occasional travel for face-to-faces, particularly during testing cycles and the first few weeks of hypercare after each release. Due to program requirements, this role requires US citizenship and excludes dual citizenship.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in the areas of contract lifecycle management, sales order processing, customer billing, and/or accounts receivable & collections
• Experience with Project or Program Management and technical leadership
• Demonstrated Agile Experience
• Experience with IT software implementations, specially a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system modernization project
• Ability to effectively craft appropriate materials and present to Executive level leadership
• Past experience engaging and managing relationships with strategic stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
• Ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences
• Ability to travel
• US Citizenship required due to system access program requirements (no dual citizenship)
Desired Skills:
• Configuration experience in SAP
• Focused Build knowledge and experience
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Experience with Agile tools including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Jira or VersionOne
• Existing experience with budgeting and executing projects using formal Earned Value Management techniques
• Experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
• Demonstrated SAP implementation
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Experience working with PagerDuty
• Experience with the Cognitus CIS-AD (Cognitus' Industry Solution for Aerospace and Defense) product
• Experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence product

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
