Job Responsibilities
Description:This Orders to Cash Cash Management Lead role reports to the Financial Transformation and Systems (FT&S) organization directly to the O2C Value Stream Product Owner (VSPO) and will focus on leading the F&BO process and systems transformation across multiple releases. As part of LM's overall strategic Business Transformation and Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative, this position will lead the Cash Management Functional Team, playing a significant role in evolving our Contracts and Billing capabilities, reshaping our operations, and transitioning Business Area’s to new 1LMX Contracts & Billing tools and processes.
This Leader will partner with cross functional teams as well as the technical team to build the future of how all Lockheed Martin BA’s will perform Contracts & Billing related processes and ensure the tools are effectively designed, tested, and implemented for each Business Area Release.
This Leader will drive organizational change while balancing multiple stakeholder priorities and will interact with all levels of leadership, also ensuring audit compliance and O&M is maintained.
The role includes the following:
• Leads the billing team through the design, build, implement, and test phases of future releases.
• Understands the impact of North
Stars/Monuments on business process design for value stream and ensures the build meets the functional requirements.
• In depth process knowledge with an
understanding of cross-value stream
requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. with an understanding of BA and Corporate business processes.
• Ability to foster cross-organizational
collaboration to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.
• Oversees the Agile Team within their function and facilitates/manages business process design.
• Engages cross functionally and cross value stream with process owners, Program Finance Council, and leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution
• Empowered to make timely decisions.
• Works closely with business transformation leads, IT, and data architects to identify necessary process modifications, data transformations/exchanges, and appropriate deployment/use of application capabilities.
• Manages a team of 5-8 people including IWTA Support from Business Areas; providing work direction to ensure quality results.
• Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization as this role crosses both Design/Build and Implementation/Test.
• The ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse assignments is required.
Further Information About This Opportunity:
This role is fully remote, while travel will be required for implementation site support and other critical program activities (up to 25%).

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $134,900 - $233,680. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
