Description:Working with the Aegis Test Team test planner in development and implementation of schedules including status and reporting tools for Aegis Combat System on Aegis ships. This roles requires specific technical knowledge of shipbuilding test and production requirements so that all goals are met, and schedules remain intact. Changes to ship's production schedule, test schedule, contract documents, and CDRL issues and requirements, etc. may result from the findings. The incumbent will also provide advice to the Aegis Test Team test planner relative to technical concerns pertinent to the ship construction, test and sea trial schedules as well as ensuring the Aegis Test Officer (ATO) and Aegis Test Manager (ATM) are informed of any situations that could impact long-term test and trial requirements. Supporting the ATO with presentation of data and metrics presented quarterly at Ship Program Reviews (SPR). Using effective programs to display test program data and metrics in a professional deductible manner.

Through technical management and direction, the Sr Scheduling Data Analyst is mainly responsible for:
• Developing automation tools and methods for planning, managing, and directing the Aegis Test Team facilities and ship scheduling.
• Working with the Aegis Test Team engineers and test operations group to research and identify resources with a goal of resource loading schedules and providing expert project management advice. .
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Assisting the test planner to develop a more stable shipbuilding schedule for future flight III ships
• Working with the government test planner to create tools to automate information to enhance schedule building and reporting process with an emphasis on identifying a schedules critical path. These tools will be used to monitor, analyze, and report at a program level, shipbuilder progress regarding combat systems test and trials programs.

Due to the complex nature and rapid change of the technology involved in the Aegis Combat System (ACS) and shipbuilding, this position is intended to compliment the ATT test planner.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the Aegis Weapon System, Aegis Combat System, and Aegis test program.

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools or related project scheduling tool sets

• Some travel may be required

• Work will be conducted at Naval bases, shipyards, and other facilities. The ability to work in an industrial environment and shipboard where access if often by stairs, ladders, and in confined spaces, is required.

• Occasionally underway shipboard support may be required underway for up to one week at a time.

• Ability to attain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• 3+ years practiced experience conducting project management work utilizing tools, skills, and foundational principles of the craft.

• Experience with MS project or other project scheduling tools is a plus.

• Ability to develop and program databases, scripts, develop tracking shortcuts to help facilitate the development of schedules and reporting methods.

• Ability to develop and implement advanced machine techniques in order to organize and glean additional insight and knowledge of the test program.

• Bachelor's degree from and accredited college in a related discipline.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
