The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEERING to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75+ year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.

Candidate will be primarily be responsible for integration and test activities and will also serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) in support of a team responsible for the integration and test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory and flight test environment. The candidate will be responsible for developing test procedure, deriving test requirements, and conducting integration activities in a lab or flight environment. The candidate will also maintain control accounts for the team around test requirement development, test procedure development, execution of integration and test activities in a lab environment, and support of mission systems flight test evaluation. The candidate must have experience as both a test engineer and a CAM, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have an understanding of scheduling and estimation, and an understanding of integration and test work with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture.

A level 4 employee typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

The successful candidate will need to pass a security screening before interview.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or above degree in engineering or related technical field
• Experience with integration and test
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) and/or working with Earned Value (EV)
• Experience with scheduling and planning
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Mission Systems
• Experience with sub-system integration
• Experience with cost estimation, Basis of Estimate work, and proposal development
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Experience with finance and scheduling tools
• Experience with Agile development
• Active Top Secret Clearance
